The only downside was how extremely cold the pool was. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the location is right in the middle of everything. There are restaurants and malls along the front road, plus a quick trip to the Driller and Downtown. There was a young man who was still in high school, I think his name was RJ or something similar. He was incredible, always pleasant and helpful. One weeknight he stayed for a double shift and still came back the next day after school. He's definitely an asset to the company and property.

After a tiring trip from the airport, I arrived at about 8 pm on 22/02/2026 and found the front desk staff completely incompetent. The night employee was incredibly unprofessional and shouldn't be dealing with customers. They should be cleaning bathrooms and kitchens instead. Their conduct was disgraceful, disrespectful, and totally unacceptable. I'm furious about this awful experience. Absolutely horrible!

The hotel was quiet and very clean, with spacious, tidy rooms. Breakfast was good and free, and the swimming pool and health club were good as well. Parking was free and plentiful. The location is about a mile from restaurants and several nearby shops. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The receptionist was great, and I want to thank her. I think her name was Mrs.Asad.

We enjoyed the location, the easy access to restaurants, and the hotel's breakfast options, and our stay was pleasant otherwise. But a late-night visit from someone I assume worked in housekeeping changed how I feel about the hotel. She was a Caucasian middle-aged woman, maybe in her mid or late 40s or early 50s, with dirty blonde hair, wearing a black shirt and pants like scrubs. She said she had received several complaints that our room was too loud. Then she told my husband and me that if we didn't quiet down, she'd ask us to leave, and that if we couldn't control our children, we needed to take them to the lobby. My daughter was standing on the bed, and the woman told her, verbatim, "You are not supposed to be standing in the bed. You are being extra, I mean too, extra. " Her judgmental comments were inappropriate and out of line. If there had been multiple complaints, I don't understand why no one told us earlier, usually by a call from the front desk rather than housekeeping. Her visit was the only time we were informed, and hearing we'd be made to leave over a first offense felt aggressive and inappropriate. I won't return and don't recommend the hotel.
