Quality Inn Robinsonville

For $65 a night, it wasn't bad, even though I wondered why it was so cheap when I booked. The room was a decent size, everything worked, and there were plenty of towels, soap, and shampoo. The guy at the front desk was awesome: I mentioned that the sheets didn't look clean, and he brought me fresh ones right away. Good service. The hallways smelled horrible, and the floors in the room were a bit sticky and could have been cleaned better. Cable TV looked terrible, probably the worst quality I've seen at a hotel, even though the set was an HD TV. The walls are paper thin too. I could hear the guy next door and his monster snoring. The building needs updating and feels old. The area is very rural, with huge casinos in the middle of cotton fields and a few gas stations nearby. You have to drive 10-15 minutes to get food. I've stayed at worse places for double or triple the price, so I can't complain too much for $65. I'd give it 3 out of 5, though I'm not sure I'd return.

They call the hotel pet friendly, but then charge at least $15 per pet per night and don't return that fee after the room is cleaned and found free of damage. That doesn't feel pet friendly to me. The front desk people were very rude, except Ms. Linda, who treated us kindly and with respect. My family won't spend another penny here.

I do not recommend this Quality Inn in Robinsonville. The whole inside looks like a warehouse, and customer service is very rude.

The woman working the front office in the lobby was welcoming, friendly, and really nice. Booking a room was easy, the service was fast, and there was no wait. The hotel is on the same road as Hollywood Casino, just down the road if you're planning a night out. It's also kid and family friendly. If your kids want to see the fireworks at the casino or explore, Fitzgerald Casino doesn't allow children, but Hollywood and many others do let them come along. Of course, kids can't go out on the casino floor.
