We'd happily stay again. The hotel was very clean, the beds comfortable, and the waffles were delicious. Staff were cordial, kind, and helpful. Prices were reasonable, though they varied from night to night. It's a pleasant no-frills place that works well for families, and the indoor pool and workout center are nice extras. There's no store within walking distance, but plenty of restaurants are nearby.

It's an older hotel, but you can tell they work hard to keep it looking nice. I'd suggest some deeper cleaning, though. The employees are kind and amazing, and the place always smells clean. I use it as a good halfway stop when traveling between southern Illinois and Southern Alabama. There's a sauna in the pool area, too. The area can feel a little sketchy at night, though that's something I've found at plenty of hotels and may be out of their control.

Raven at the front desk made my stay feel easy and welcoming. She was attentive and kind, answered all my questions patiently, and had a smile and positive attitude that lifted the mood. Her service was professional from the moment I came downstairs that morning, and she went out of her way to keep things smooth and stress-free. Employees like Raven are rare, and she's a real asset to the hotel. Thanks for making my stay so good.

I was here for three days and had a great stay. The place was clean and comfortable, with a stylish feel, and the indoor heated pool and sauna were awesome. The staff were really nice, and the price was reasonable.
