For $180 a night, it was disappointing to find no toilet paper in the lobby bathroom, just a box of tissues left on the floor beside the toilet. Breakfast was also missing the eggs they advertise for making your own breakfast sandwich. The room itself was fine. We'd enjoyed earlier stays, which makes it unfortunate, but I won't be back.

There was nothing to complain about. It's not a luxury hotel, but it's very nice for what it costs, with clean rooms, good service, a nice pool, and plenty of useful amenities. The rooms have a full-size fridge and a little kitchen, which I loved. There's also laundry, a business center, gym, pool, and small convenience store. Staff were very nice, and parking was good.

The freeway is close by, but running the fan or air conditioning easily takes care of the noise. What stood out most was the staff, especially the breakfast team, who went out of their way to greet guests and offer help, which I don't usually see at a free breakfast. The rooms are comfortable and spacious by any standard, and everything looked clean and new.

The area around it felt a little sketchy, but the hotel and its parking lot seemed totally fine. It's right by the freeway, so getting in and out is easy. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious.

The whole arrival was frustrating. I got to check in at 3 on Saturday, after booking a king suite through bookings.com on Tuesday 5/13, but my room wasn't ready. They sent me to another room that was already occupied, then told me to wait 30 minutes for one to open up. When I finally got a room, the key fob didn't work, so I waited for someone to let me in. It smelled musty inside, and freeway noise went on all night. I wouldn't recommend it or stay again.
