I lost a lot of sleep on the second floor. When I raised it with staff, they rudely insisted there was nobody above me, then called back later to apologize because someone was there.

The noise kept getting louder over the two days I was here. I could hear people running above me on the third floor, and the front desk did nothing despite two calls, saying there was nobody in that room. Today I went upstairs myself and found a cleaning lady running around while vacuuming above us. I don’t see why it would take from 7am to 10 am to clean a room. The hotel was no help.
