Rosa, Tarah and Marlem made us feel right at home and treated us like family. The staff's hospitality was second to none, and the rooms were clean with everything we needed. My husband said the shower was the best he'd ever had in a hotel room: he could control the temperature, and there was plenty of hot water. Highly recommend this hotel, especially for its impeccable staff.

The only real gripe is the water, which goes from hot to cold with no comfortable setting in between. Also, if you're on the first floor, the view out front of the suites at the microtel isn't very pleasant. The rooms are otherwise very well kept and maintained.

The construction and its effect on the stay weren't disclosed, which was a real hassle. I paid full price, but pretty much everything in the hotel was closed, and breakfast ended early while only partly set up. Had I known, I would have picked another nearby Hilton. The hotel itself was fine, but this was a huge disappointment. I travel often for work and am a Hilton Member, and this kind of experience makes me consider switching to a different fleet.

The kitchenette was handy, the decor was pretty, and the room had plenty of space for the price. The beds were a bit creaky and not the softest, but about what I expected at this price. I didn't get to use the pool or workout room, though both looked clean and inviting. Breakfast was standard, nothing special, but the waffle maker was a nice plus. I'm in town for work, and the staff made the place feel like home. Everyone I spoke with was friendly. Rosa, the night clerk, greeted me by name and made pleasant small talk. After it snowed one morning, Zarah, the morning clerk, lent me her own snow brush because Home2's brush wasn't available. That was above and beyond, and I loved how the service made me feel. I had a lovely week here and would happily stay again next time I'm in the area for work.
