The morning shift was the only helpful part. That employee eventually found us a clean room, but I had to stay because they’d already put a hold on my credit. Before that, I was moved four times and every room got worse: they were dirty, had roaches, and one had burn holes in the sheets while another had a filthy bathroom. At night, the desk employee acted like I was a bother for asking to move. I tried to leave, but they had charged my card in full before check-in, so I couldn’t just go elsewhere. There was no manager on duty at night either. Later, the manager asked me not to leave a review and said they’d contact me, but never did. Worst hotel experience I’ve had. Absolutely unacceptable, and I do not recommend it.

I stayed at a Super 8 in Bama before this and it was fine, so I expected the same here. Hell no. Roaches everywhere, and I had to switch rooms THREE TIMES before giving up and deciding not to stay. Even after all those room changes, they wouldn’t refund me. The manager asked me not to leave a bad review, but I can’t let other people walk into this.

This hotel was so dirty, with bugs crawling around and roaches all over. At $900, you’d think they’d have the roach problem under control. The front desk wouldn’t reverse the credit so I could leave and find somewhere else. Please stay elsewhere.

The location is very convenient, right off I-20/59, with plenty of restaurants nearby. This is a budget place to sleep, with a clean but plain room. The TV works once you change the input. Don’t expect much beyond that. Breakfast is basic: eggs, cereal and milk, muffins, toast, and butter, plus coffee with sugar or sweetener but no creamer. There’s no jam or peanut butter for the toast. It’s a simple breakfast, but a lot of the usual things to go with it are missing. We booked a king, but got two full sized beds instead. The desk clerks aren’t helpful and offer little information. There’s one ice machine for the whole hotel, so there’s very little ice when you go.
