The staff were kind and the location worked well, but I didn't feel comfortable staying in a room that seemed so unclean. There were large reddish-brown marks on one mattress and white stains on its frame, with stains on the floor and towels too. The ice machine also had some growth inside. I chose the place after reading the reviews, so that was disappointing.

Bad weather forced me to stop here during a business trip. Shea, the manager, was so warm and friendly, and the room was great. Before I headed back out over icy roads at checkout, she made sure I had bottled water. She's a fabulous manager.

Casey at the front desk and Shawn in the breakfast and lounge area were both helpful today. I've stayed here many times over the past five years and have never had a bad experience. The rooms are consistently clean, and the staff are always nice and extremely helpful. I'd highly recommend it if you need somewhere to stay in the Shoals area.

GM Shea and Zoe helped our larger motorcycle group, and they let us park out front for extra security. Check-in was easy, and the staff were amazing. I'd definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.

After losing our home in a fire on Christmas morning, our church family and friends paid for us to stay here while we looked for an apartment. I've spent 38 years working on the RR and traveling to Memphis and Chattanooga, so I've stayed in plenty of motels. What stands out here is how caring and friendly everyone is, from the breakfast ladies and front desk staff to the maids and the young man vacuuming the hall floors and lobby. The rooms and lots are good too. It's the greatest staff I've come across. If I knew someone high up at Best Western, I'd tell them to give this crew a bonus. God has made sure we're being taken care of. God bless you all!
