The rooms were clean, nice, and stocked, and the area felt pleasant. It’s centrally located, close to several restaurants and stores. There’s a little canal next to the hotel that blocks traffic from that side, which keeps the rooms quiet. Breakfast was good if you went early. Later on, the coffee wasn’t refilled and some items weren’t replenished.

The woman at the counter was incredibly sweet. The location is convenient, with lots of food nearby, and the patio was nice. The building feels a bit dated and could use a good cleaning. Our room wasn’t fully clean, either. There were splatters on the wall near the toilet paper that honestly looked like vomit. The room and exterior left a little to be desired.

It’s a solid, somewhat older Fairfield in Twin Falls. The staff were nice, and everything was very clean, though the rooms are a bit smaller than at newer Fairfields. I didn’t try the breakfast. It’s close to the Snake River Canyon trail and Elevation 486, both highly recommended.

The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms, pool, and whirlpool tub were clean. The staff were professional. I wasn’t impressed with the breakfast bar since it lacked freshness. Traffic noise comes through the walls all night, likely because the hotel sits at the crossroads of two major highways.

After a long day on the road, I was standing at the front desk when I realized I’d booked the wrong hotel by mistake. Amber immediately offered to call that hotel and ask whether they’d cancel my reservation without a fee, and said she could accommodate me here. I’m used to employees telling you what you can do without actually helping handle the problem. Amber was different.
