The rooms were spotless and fresh, and Maria G’s careful work was clear. Becky at the front desk was also wonderful, friendly and professional, and went out of her way to make me feel at home. The hotel was clean, quiet, well maintained, and conveniently located, a welcoming place to unwind after a long day. My stay at the Holiday Inn in Twin Falls, Idaho was fantastic. Becky and Maria G both represent the hotel so well. It exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely stay again and recommend it to friends, colleagues, and anyone visiting Twin Falls.

Parking is the main drawback. There are lots of handicapped spaces, but other guests have to use spots at either end of the building. The lot is shared with two restaurants, whose customers are competing for the same limited spaces. Still, this was a great place to stop for the night. I was pleasantly surprised by the inviting lobby and the room, which was spacious and had a good work setup. The pool and spa area looked welcoming, though I didn’t use them.

The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Check-in was late and checkout was too. Breakfast was great, especially the stuffed French toast. The indoor pool showed a little wear, but nothing too bad. All in all, a really good experience.

We initially went to the wrong Holiday Inn and had to be directed to the one where our reservation was. Once there, the stay was very nice. Every staff member we dealt with was awesome. There’s a restaurant downstairs, but we chose to eat around town instead. Maybe next time we’ll try it. It was a great trip.

The older woman who helped us was so sweet, though I wish I’d caught her name. Great service, rooms, and location. Of the hotels around Twin Falls, I think this is my favorite place to stay.
