The AC was louder than usual and made it hard to sleep. The floor didn't seem freshly vacuumed, and the bathroom had a few spots that were missed. Breakfast was okay, though less fresh than at other IHG properties I've stayed at. Check-in was easy and the front desk staff polite, while the location was convenient and the lobby looked clean and welcoming. Still, the stay was disappointing.

After driving all day, dealing with company-account verification was a hassle. I normally don't mind paperwork for incidentals, but they said my card would be charged the full amount if it wasn't verified. Once we got through that, we went to the room and roaches scattered when we entered, so I went downstairs and got moved to another room. Later I needed water with my food and found only Members Mark bottled water downstairs, at $2 a bottle. They charged me for it instead of just giving it to me. If they're charging that much for cheap Walmart water, they should offer a better brand. I wouldn't have my company book this hotel again.

Breakfast was one of the better ones we've had, and the hotel was close to pretty much everything we needed. We had a great stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

There's no Jacuzzi, but the indoor pool, workout room, and sauna were really nice. We enjoyed our stay, and the hotel is close to UT Health. The rooms were lovely and very clean, and breakfast was wonderful, with biscuits and sausage gravy, cinnamon rolls, pancakes, eggs, turkey sausage, regular sausage links, potatoes, yogurt, juice, milk, chocolate milk, coffee and creamer, plus more.
