Motel 6 Ukiah, CA - North

I saved a few dollars booking here, and it wasn’t worth the $3. There was visible dirt on several bathroom surfaces, hair stuck to surfaces, sticky floors, graffiti on the bedframe, and what I hope were stains on the sheets. I was exhausted by nearly 2am, so instead of asking for another room, I just tried to find a clean side of the bed to sleep on. One of the worst motels I’ve stayed at.

There was dirt in the room, with stains and dog paw prints on the comforter. The room next door was loud all night, and there was drug use in the walkways outside the doors. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I’m a firefighter and really appreciate Olga and Juan’s kindness. Their hospitality is like no other, and they made my stay feel comfortable, cozy, and safe.

As a local, I’d steer people away from both Motel 6 locations in Ukiah, California. There are cockroaches and a lot of drug activity, including people overdosing, and the police are constantly there dealing with problems at both. I’d never stay at either one, even if someone paid me.
