The room was clean and pretty up to date, and there’s a restaurant right next door. Breakfast was just okay if you’re into snack cakes. I’m not.

The pool was closed, and what they call breakfast wasn’t really breakfast. The blankets had stains, and there was a smell I couldn’t identify, maybe dog poop or weed. The walls were stained too, and I couldn’t tell what had caused it. I probably won’t stay again. If you book through a third-party company, read the fine print because they won’t let you cancel.

The front desk staff are so kind and great. My room was clean and quiet again, and I like getting a ground-floor room because it makes handling my luggage easier. I’m planning to come back on my next visit.

The bed was comfortable, and the room stayed quiet. It seemed clean, and there were no bugs. The price wasn’t cheap, but felt reasonable, so I’d stay again. We were only there for one night and didn’t try breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. The room smelled a little stale when we first walked in because the A/C was off. Turning it on cleared the smell. I’d rather put up with that than the heavy perfume smell some motels use.

The staff were genuinely nice and seemed to take pride in their work, and the beds were really comfortable. The TV had lots of channels too. For hotels in the area, Econo Lodge almost seemed like a five-star place, but the room quality was still just so-so, which the staff must have known. I stayed a week for work and mostly just came and went, so it was okay for that. If you’ll be spending much time there or staying longer, I’d pass and make the drive to Pasco. The bathrooms need a lot of work. The tub especially should be replaced, and so should the sink. Hot water takes a while to come on whenever you use it. If you’re tall or even average height, good luck closing the bathroom door. I’d switch it to a barn door. The hotel also needs an elevator, since a first-floor room may not be available for someone with a disability or an injury.
