Quality Inn Union

The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean. Housekeeping is top notch at the Quality inn. Breakfast was good, with sausage, eggs, biscuits, yogurt, cereal, waffles, and fresh hot coffee. I enjoy staying here and will choose this hotel whenever I come to Union south carolina.

I was staying here because of an emergency, and I’m disabled and on oxygen after a recent heart attack. Most of the staff were very rude. Kelly, Shannon, and one young housekeeper were the exceptions. The others watched me struggle without offering help or even asking if I was okay. I pray I never have to stay here again.

This hotel was horrendous. My room smelled like wet dog when I arrived. The front desk clerk came up, confirmed the smell, and told me the cleaning staff only come in every two or three days. I ended up spending over $100 on cleaning supplies and cleaning the room myself. On Monday night the hotel lost power, so I checked out. The next day I found I’d still been charged for the full day, even though I had to leave because of the outage. When I tried to talk to the manager about the charge, she argued with me, became belligerent, and was extremely rude.

The staff take great care of this family-friendly, pet-friendly hotel, even though it has the misfortune of being in Union, South Carolina. I had a great stay. A couple of hours after checking out, I realized I’d left my nearly brand-new headphones there and worried they might be lost, stolen, or broken. I called, and the staff checked the room. By the time I came back to ask, they had my headphones ready to hand over. They were honest and quick to respond.
