I’ve been here a month so far, and the front desk team, especially Andy, has been a great support. Whatever I needed, they were on it, and I’m so grateful. I also want to give a shout out to the woman who cleans the rooms. I’ve run into her in the hallways, and she’s always so pleasant.

I’ve stayed longer than I expected, and it’s been a great place to be. This is a well maintained hotel with incredibly friendly staff. The negative reviews I’ve seen are grossly exaggerated. If you need anything, someone’s around. Even when nobody’s at the front desk, I just call and they come right down, even in the middle of the Night, always smiling. Christian, Jessica, Chris, Tammy, and all the other staff whose names I don’t know, I appreciate you ALL. Thanks!!

The place feels dangerous. There’s one security door that doesn’t always close, and nobody is on duty from night until 9am. It smells, and the lobby and stairwells are littered with vagrants. When I complained, I was told to leave, and then told my card would be run up and my rates pushed through the roof because of a bad review. I got that on video and showed it to my bank today. My money was refunded, and Christian, the GM manager there, will have to answer questions about bank fraud. If staff have threatened you, I urge you to report it. If you don’t have a bank, report it to mine, KeyBank. They’re currently building a case against the establishment and Extended Stay in general. Even if they didn’t get your card and used advertising or threatening manipulation tactics to get your money, it all counts as fraud. Christian told me he had a lead degree. I guess it’s been a while since he used it. Besides his obvious current situation, he tried to say I couldn’t film him in a public area or report his behavior. The Summit County Sheriffs Department are also looking into this matter if you’d rather go through them.

I’ve been here for a while and haven’t seen any bugs. My room was clean, and the pillows were fluffed. The heat is warm, though not as warm as the welcome from the wonderful G.M.(Christian). Anything I needed was provided, and my questions were answered. I’ll definitely stay again as long as Christian is there.
