The peaceful location is close enough to shops and restaurants to be convenient. I had a fantastic stay at this Hotel, with a smooth check-in and warm welcome. The manager was friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help with a smile. My room was spacious and clean, with the essentials I needed: an iron, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee machine. The bed was very comfortable, too. I'd absolutely recommend Upper Lake Inn and Suites as an affordable, welcoming place to stay, and I'm already looking forward to coming back.

The one thing that made the week a little challenging was finding a suitable place for my dog to go, since there wasn't a designated sticker free area. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay and I look forward to returning. My room was clean and comfortable, and had all the essentials I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated that pets were allowed. There's an on-site laundry room, restaurants nearby, and AAA approval for some peace of mind.

We had a mix-up in the family about which rooms we'd booked, and the staff sorted it out right away and handled it with graceful professionalism. The rooms were clean, the mattress was comfortable, and the staff were courteous and welcoming. We’ll absolutely stay again when we visit family nearby. Thank you!

If you don't have patience, DO NOT COME HERE!! With a prepaid room, it still took almost an hour to get checked in because the front desk lady seemed new. An experienced lady eventually arrived and got me settled right away.
