I’m seven months pregnant and just needed a quiet place away from the Easter chaos. We only slept and showered at the hotel, but I was charged an extra $250 on my card with no explanation, on top of the $140 room charge. There was no smoking in the room, and I didn’t use perfume or air freshener, so I don’t understand the charge. I’ve called the hotel all day for the past two days and can’t get an answer. The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was a real highlight. Angela, the woman serving breakfast, was an absolute angel, gracious and kind, and she kept serving throughout.

We paid just under $400 for two nights in an accessible room after my travel partner’s long hospital stay. The room was on the fourth floor, at the far end from the elevators. It had a doorbell, a wide entry, plenty of bathroom grab bars, a sturdy removable shower bench, and a handheld shower head. The lower closet and the desk in the sitting area worked well for wheelchair access, with room for a second person to use the provided rolling office chair. The main difficulty was the raised thresholds at the bathroom and carpeted area, which took a real boost for the wheelchair to cross. I’m also unsure what the evacuation plan would be if the elevators were unavailable, such as in a fire. The hotel looks newly built, and it was clean and friendly. The room was just right for our needs otherwise. We didn’t try breakfast or the outdoor pool, though I saw a couple of people enjoying the pool yesterday. It was a nice stay.

The staff were friendly and knew the area well. My room was clean and quiet, and the complimentary hot breakfast and standard amenities were a plus.
