The breakfast attendant was upbeat and kind, and I liked that the bagels came with cream cheese packets. They’re easier to thaw by hand than the little cups if they’ve been frozen. After a week of traveling, this was easily my favorite stay. The modern room was lovely, and the shower had plenty of hot water to loosen up my tense shoulder muscles after driving. Since the hotel was busy when I arrived, they upgraded my room because I’m a rewards member. They also gave me a cold bottle of water, which I really appreciated because I wasn’t heading out again for a while. Very, very happy with everything.

Martina was wonderful at breakfast. She welcomed everyone, cleared their empty plates, and kept the area clean the whole time. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were polite. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The woman at the desk was really nice and treated me well. The room, though, felt old and dirty. Once I turned on the HVAC, it smelled like a wet animal, and there was a dead roach in the bathtub. I mentioned it to another desk clerk when I checked out and was told a manager would call, but nobody did. It wasn't the worst place to crash, but I wouldn't stay here again.

The front entrance was the one thing that kept this newly remodeled hotel from getting five stars. The smoking area seems to be right by the door, so we had to make our way through a cloud of smoke and past six people smoking on both sides of the walkway. Inside, the updated hotel is very nice. I do wish the redesign had kept drawers beside the bed. The only ones are two deep drawers down at floor level under the luggage shelf.

Those pancakes are worth looking forward to! Breakfast is free and delightful, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and had everything set up nicely.
