Hampton Inn Van Buren

The mattress in our room, 306, needs to be refurbished. The couple in 308 said they had the same issue. On the bright side, Skylar at reception went out of her way to help us and the other couple traveling with us. She was pleasant, engaging, and professional. The woman assisting everyone at breakfast also went above and beyond, and we appreciated the fresh fruit.

We arrived without a reservation, and the front desk found us a room and got us settled quickly. It was clean and comfortable, though the bed felt a little hard to me, but not terribly so. The shower got properly hot, which was great since many only get lukewarm. Breakfast was pretty good too. The omelet was flavorful and cheesy, the coffee was good, and the bacon tasted good and was cooked just right, though it was thin. The gravy was a bit thin and could use sausage, but that’s my preference, not a requirement.

My family and I stayed at Hampton Inn in Van Buren AR when we came for a local family member’s funeral. The staff went out of their way to help us and were courteous, friendly, and extremely helpful. We appreciate their kindness. It’s a great hotel with outstanding staff.

Everyone was so nice, and the customer service and room made us exceptionally happy. We stayed one night during a very long trip, and they even offered us water bottles when we were leaving because they knew we still had a long drive. We had breakfast too. If we ever need a hotel when passing through here again, we’ll come back. Thank you!
