I've stayed here multiple times, and the place is disgusting. Under the beds were black, moldy food stains, and things had been left beneath the cushions of recliners and chairs. The tables were sticky with some kind of gunk, and the water draining from the tub turned a rag black. Employees were completely rude, too. They charged me $100 on top of the room cost for damage that was already there when we arrived and wouldn't work with us about it. I paid $175 for a trashy, filthy room and rude customer service. I got screwed, and I'll go out of my way to pay more so I never have to stay here again.

The bed had just the right firmness, there was plenty of hot water, and the microwave and mini fridge were handy. The coffee was really good, and I liked that smoking rooms are still an option. My only little gripe: no shampoo packets. I thought they used to have those, lol.

At $350 a week, I paid $1,400 for the month and still couldn't take a shower properly. Flushing the toilet sent everything back up into the shower. It took them a week and a half to even start doing something about it, so staying somewhere else is probably best. The key cards were awful, too. They deactivated at random even when I hadn't put them against anything, locking me out multiple times. If the office wasn't open, I had to wait until the next day and sleep in my car.

The property is quiet and clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the people are friendly and know how to cook. There's a really good restaurant attached, though it's only open from 6 to 2. The laundry wasn't working during my stay, but there's a laundromat nearby. Towels could use an update. All in all, a good place to stay.

My husband and I stay here for several days at a time at least twice a month, and we don't stay anywhere else. The staff is wonderful; we've never had any issues, and whenever something has gone wrong, they've made it right. The rooms are nice, the beds are comfy, and the diner is amazing, too.
