The prices are fantastic, the airport shuttle is free, and the staff are incredibly friendly. I’d absolutely recommend booking their airport parking and shuttle for your next flight out of PDX.

I was surprised by how nice the hotel was. The room was clean, comfortable, and updated, and I’m pretty sure it was brand new. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I’d give it 10 stars if I could.

The bed was unbelievably squeaky, the loudest I’ve ever had in a hotel. I’m glad I wasn’t doing anything that might have bothered the neighboring rooms. I could hear people walking in the hall and in nearby rooms, too. There’s no bathroom fan, and after a hot shower the hallway fire alarm went off, so I had to keep the door shut and let the steam out slowly. Those little annoyances added up, and I wouldn’t stay again.

The gym was pretty decent, and the hotel itself is nice. Parking, though, is a complete mess. I’m not sure how the zoning commission approved a hotel plan that can’t handle more than 60% capacity.

We live nearby and used the PDX airport car shuttle. The lobby had a warm, happy, festive feel, and every employee we met was so nice. I’d recommend this place to visiting family and friends, and I’m looking forward to using the car park service again.
