Lodges on Vashon

We’ve stayed here twice already, and I’m looking forward to a third visit. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, and the outdoor patio was just right for relaxing by the fire. The lodges are gorgeous and modern, with comfortable, clean rooms and plenty of amenities. Getting in and out was easy, and the location puts Vashon’s main stretch of shops and restaurants close by. It works well for a one-night stay or a longer visit.

The unit has a king bed and TV, plus a separate toilet and shower. There’s also a small kitchen with a fridge, microwave, dishes, and utensils, and the living area has a sofa, gas fireplace, a small table with two chairs, and an extra lounge chair. I come to Vashon for the Open Studio tours twice a year, and this is my third stay here. After driving around the island all day, it’s a reliably clean, comfortable, quiet place to come back to. Even with the whole property rented out, I didn’t hear anyone during my two nights. Downtown shops and restaurants are an easy walk away.

The setting was calm and peaceful, with amenities nearby. Our cabin-style room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the customer service was great. They sorted out a small glitch with no fuss. We’d definitely stay again.

There’s plenty to explore just outside the property and farther up the road, and the ferry terminal and lots of great island sights are close by. The walkability is a 10. Our lodge was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The Lodges At Vashon was an amazing place to stay, and we’d highly recommend it.
