The people here are a big reason I'd come back. Michelle, Cindy, Peggy, Sarah, and Donna were genuinely caring, and their hospitality came through in every interaction. The TownePlace Suites also met the Marriott standard I know as a Bonvoy member: spotless rooms, a welcoming feel, and consistently good breakfast each morning. I chose it partly for the location, and it worked out well. The beach is about 15 minutes away, there are good golf courses nearby, and some excellent restaurants are close enough to walk to. If you're in the Venice/Nokomis area, I wouldn't overlook this place. I appreciate how the team made guests feel at home.

The suite was spotless and felt like a little apartment, just right for us. The front desk team and the rest of the staff were warm and welcoming throughout our stay, and we had a wonderful time from arrival to departure. We switched from Hilton after 15 years as Diamond members because the service and rooms had gone downhill. When we checked out, Marriott staff asked if there was anything they could have done better. We'd never been asked that before, despite staying in hotels often. Well done, Marriott. Thank you!

The rooms were nice, parking was free, and the pool and fireplace out back were pleasant. Makayla and Marcella made breakfast especially welcoming and served a great meal. The staff were super nice overall. I'd stay here again.

I've stayed at plenty of hotels for work and for my kids' sports trips, and this was the cleanest and friendliest experience by far. The staff were wonderful and breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend!

Michelle and her team really go out of their way to make guests comfortable. The rooms are clean and comfy, and TownePlace Suites by Marriott Venice is conveniently located, with easy highway access and a short drive to Venice or Nokomis Beach.
