I stayed at the Bayshore Inn on February 4, 2026, and was really impressed with the value. The rooms are spacious and up to date, the shower was great, and the lighting was just right. I had a room with a kitchen, which was awesome. The AC got ice cold, and the heat would warm the room up quickly. There are plenty of cable channels on the TV, too. The gentleman running the place is friendly, helpful, fair, and very direct. He keeps things in good order, and you can see that in the well-kept grounds and rooms. If you’re around Ventura, I recommend stopping by to say hi and bump fists with the Gentlemen at the front desk.

Our two-bedroom rate was lowered after we showed the staff a cheaper price we’d found online. They were incredibly kind, and the room was very clean. We’ll definitely stay here again if we return.

For this area, the experience was hard to beat at the price. Mr. Mayur Patel made us feel like we were in good hands, and our overnight stop during a road trip turned out to be a great choice. The king room was well maintained, with a comfortable bed and a nicely sized bathroom. We’ll come back next time.

The owner made early check-in easy and was a great guy. Our room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and I liked being able to sign in to my Netflix and HBO Max accounts on the smart TV.

This isn’t a fancy hotel, but mayor Patel has a generous heart. He’s worked with me and offered amazing deals so I could house my kids and not worry about us sleeping on the street. I adore him and his sons. They’ve been a huge blessing, and I highly recommend staying here if you need a place.
