We enjoyed our stay a lot. The pool was a comfortable temperature and never too crowded, and the grounds were still quite nice, though they could use some attention. The staff who look after the grounds were very helpful. Our sites had enough room between them to feel comfortable, with grass and pads for a table and chairs. This KOA was a nice surprise.

The staff were friendly, and the location has local places to eat and services nearby. Our pull-through RV spot was fairly level, clean, and functional. A lot of the sites have gas grills. We had a great stay, with just one snag: the wifi stopped working after the first day.

We spent a week at this campground. The shaded tent sites, tidy outdoor areas, activities for different ages, and friendly staff were all good features. The drawbacks were hard to miss, though: road noise carried on day and night, the facilities were cleaned only once during our week and weren't very clean, and some of the tent-site fire pits were run down and need maintenance.

We stayed in our 5th wheel and it worked out perfectly. The areas were very clean and well kept, and everyone we met was friendly, helpful, and nice. I saw they have cabins too, so we'll have to try one next time.

The cabin, the first one as you reach the cabins, was just right for us: clean and pretty, with two bunk beds, an adult bed, and a desk. Everything was as it should be. The employees we met were friendly, the grounds were maintained, and the playground was good. There's also a cute mini golf course you can pay to use, and the showers, bathrooms, and laundry room all worked well. The park is close to Dinosaur National Monument and otherwise in good repair. The pool was closed because of “misbehaving dinosaurs” or something like that, according to the sign, lol. My kids had fun on the jump pad. Around 11, I called the “emergency number” because three adults across the path from us had gone to sleep without putting out their fire. With fires raging not even 60 miles away, I wasn't sure if I should or could put it out myself. The woman who answered was fine with the call and said she'd send someone right over.
