Ledgestone Suites Hotel Vernal

The reception staff are friendly and responsive, and there’s free self-service laundry. Our studio-sized room was spacious, with a kitchenette stocked with cooking utensils, cups, and plates, plus a full-size fridge, small sofa, and dinette. They don’t clean rooms daily, so you need to ask at the front desk for fresh towels or bath amenities. We’ll definitely come back if we’re in the area.

Angela was very helpful when my husband checked in, and this is now our go-to when we need to stay here often. The necessities we need are here. We go back and forth from Cedar City, UT while he takes care of his Mom just down the street. We used to stay at Microtel, but since new ownership, they don’t seem to care much about regular returning guests. Comfort Inn sucked in every way, and Exec. Inn & Suites was overpriced for what it was. This place was a pleasant surprise for first-time visitors.

My room was bigger than I needed, with a nice little kitchen area. Pretty nice place and great value.

The chairs were the only small downside for me. They pushed my hips forward too much, though lots of places seem to choose trendy furniture over comfort. The bed and everything else were wonderful, and we’d stay again. On our trip, this was our third most expensive room. It’s odd that the pricier places don’t offer free breakfast, but we knew that before booking and planned to eat at a local restaurant, so it wasn’t a deal breaker. This was our first night at the Ledgestone Hotel in Vernal UT. It’s clean and peaceful, the room was a good size, and the location is fairly central. The woman at the counter was pleasant to talk with.
