Clean and safe, with simple rooms and a really handy location. We needed two rooms late at night for the family, and they made it work even though we had no reservation. Breakfast had good choices, including yogurt and fruit. Katie was a real help.

Katy at the front desk is always sweet and helpful. I hadn't been back for about six months after my work territory changed, but when I was finally scheduled to stay again, she remembered me. Such a nice surprise. I travel for work and have been coming here at least once a month for the past two years because it's so convenient.

Roaches in the bathroom, a cracked tub, no hot water the first morning, and something crawling on me when I woke up on both the second and third nights. A wet, dirty towel was left by the sink, and housekeeping didn't empty the trash. The first night, the ceiling in the room next door collapsed. At check-in they wouldn't honor my Travelocity reservation, though they did let Travelocity refund my card. The desk then wanted $100 more than I had already paid for the three nights, and I agreed. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I won't return.

On a four-night stay, they cleaned the room on the first day. After that, they only took the trash and used towels, without making the beds or leaving clean towels or fresh trash bags. There were insects in the room corners, and on my last night I saw a rat on the trash can. This place really wasn't clean, and I wouldn't recommend it or stay again.

The outside doesn't make the best impression, but the room, shower, service, and breakfast were all great, especially for the price. Katie looked after me for four days just before Christmas, and I was completely satisfied. Great place!
