Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Madison Verona

Mark was a huge help as we arranged our wedding block, responding quickly beforehand and working with our unusual needs so our guests felt welcome. The hotel and rooms were lovely, and breakfast was good each day, with plenty of vegetarian options for our guests. Several people also mentioned how helpful Mark was, along with Alfonso, Carl, and Lizzy. Our multi-day event went wonderfully, and we’d absolutely recommend the Fairfield Verona for a wedding block where you want family and friends to feel looked after.

Aiden even made sure my forgotten laptop charger got back to me, mailing it and emailing the shipping details. I spent three weeks at the Fairfield Inn Madison Verona, and each time I returned for another week he greeted me by name in the lobby. He’s kind and welcoming, and those fresh-baked cookies are great. The staff all go out of their way for guests. The shuttle made it easy to get to and from Epic training, pick up at the airport, and go to local restaurants for dinner. I had a great stay and would especially recommend it to people coming to Verona for Epic.

The front desk gentleman even tried to help me look for my phone after I lost it in the snow. My family was stuck during last weekend’s snowstorm on the way home from Thanksgiving, and we had to pull over because we couldn’t keep driving. Everyone was so helpful when we stopped here. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and lovely, and the customer service was terrific. Thanks for helping us through such a difficult weekend.

Mark did a fantastic job helping us organize and set up a wedding block at The Fairfield. He communicated so well and made sure both we and our guests were taken care of. The rooms were clean, breakfast was great on both days, and the staff even helped hand out welcome gifts to the wedding block guests. A great option for a wedding hotel block around Verona and Mount Horeb.
