Spark by Hilton Vestal Binghamton University Area

The location was really convenient, close to everything and easy to get around from. Our room was clean, comfortable, and just what we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful from check-in through checkout, which made the whole stay feel easy and welcoming. It was smooth and stress-free, and I’d definitely return. I’d recommend it to anyone after a comfortable, reliable place to stay.

I stayed here with my dad when he came to pick me up from college. The front desk staff were really nice and welcoming, and everything else was great. But during our stay, I asked to speak with the manager, Martin, and he didn’t bother talking to us or even acknowledging the request. That felt extremely unprofessional from a “manager,” and we expected better.

I was here for business and plan to stay again. Stacy at the front desk was extremely helpful and courteous. The motel has been newly renovated and is very clean. My room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast included bagels, muffins, oatmeal, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, cereal, and juices.

The location is convenient, but the information we got by phone was wrong. We were told there was a heated pool and a microwave in the room. When we arrived, the pool wasn’t going to open any time soon, and the microwave was in the lobby. The toilet wouldn’t flush properly, which was frustrating. At 9 am, the cafe was already short on food even though breakfast was supposed to run until 10.
