They’re remodeling, but the halls and stairwells need proper attention. The carpets could use a thorough vacuum and shampoo, and the cleaners need to make sure they’re doing their jobs. The pool and hot tub had so many chemicals in them that we couldn’t enjoy either.

The hallway smelled foul, and the room wasn’t clean. There was dirt on the floor and crumbs on the nightstand, plus stains all over the notepad. The freezer section was so iced over I couldn’t use it for the food I’d brought. The air conditioner was full of dust and dirt, and the shower was coated in dirt and soap scum, as if it hadn’t been cleaned in months. I checked out just a few hours after arriving and asked for a refund. They said they had to ask management, who wouldn’t be in until morning. Stay tuned.

Before surgery in Reidsville, I always stop here, and I plan to keep staying here. The staff are great, the rooms are clean, and breakfast is hot. What more could you want?

Our family was treated with so much warmth and respect by the friendly staff. The housekeeping is amazing, and everything was clean and organized. Prices are very reasonable, and breakfast is included for free.
