The staff made the stay for me. They were welcoming and friendly, answered my questions, offered recommendations, and took care of small requests without any fuss. The room was very clean and well looked after too. I had a genuinely great time here and would definitely come back.

Thanks from the Canes lovers. (IYKYK) We had a comfy bed, a good breakfast, and a really clean room. The whole hotel was clean, too, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

This was our first time at this hotel, and we found roaches. I have a video and a picture as proof. When I told the manager, she didn’t do anything beyond saying she was sorry to hear it and that they spray every two weeks. I’m scared of roaches and can’t deal with them, and my children are scared of them too.

The bed felt a bit too firm for me, so I might bring a mattress topper next time. Aside from that, it was a solid stay, and I’d come back. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and everything looked fresh and well kept.

The nearby freeway makes the rooms a little noisy, but the continuous fan setting helps cover the sound. The rooms are nice, and the front desk staff are friendly.
