Seashore Inn on the Beach

The room was very clean, had a great view, and the bed was really comfortable. They also accommodated my request for a downstairs room, and the location was great. But the walls are paper thin, you can hear your neighbors sneeze, and getting any sleep is a challenge. There were barking dogs, kids screaming and running up and down the stairs, banging, and slamming doors. I was traveling alone and hoping to rest, and all the noise set my dogs off too. Customer service was AWFUL!

The hotel has a TON of DVDs you can borrow for a cute movie night, and a couple of beach chairs you can take down to the sand. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were very friendly. Such a wonderful place to stay. I’d definitely recommend it, and I’ll be coming back!

The pool was clean, but the hot tub barely got warm and there were no working jets or switch to fix it. Breakfast was nasty, with only about five choices and bread that was all hard. The room smelled strongly like sewer, as if something was wrong with the plumbing. I sprayed it down and could still smell it. The microwave was DIRTYY, not just a little dirty. I almost switched hotels, but didn't. For what I paid, everything should have been better. It just wasn't okay.

The views are amazing, and the rooms were clean. It's a comfortable beachfront place, with nothing fancy about it. I took off a star because the pool isn't heated. We froze trying to swim at night. Besides that, it was great.
