Quality Inn Parkersburg North - Vienna

It was okay, keeping in mind it’s a budget hotel. When the heater didn’t work, management moved me to another room. I caught a roach on the ceiling and got it out of the hotel myself. The biscuits for biscuits and gravy were rock hard; I told the front desk, and eventually someone came and took care of it.

The owner took time to greet our motorcycle group and said we could park our bikes under the portico, where his staff would keep an eye on them. He was attentive, made sure we had what we needed, and even spent time chatting and suggesting other rides in the area. He also recommended several nearby restaurants. We went with his first pick, George’s, and it was a good choice. The staff were wonderful, the rooms and property were clean, and the place was quiet and smelled clean. Breakfast was hot and good when we came down in the morning. We’ll definitely be back for our next ride.

I was so angry when I checked the room and saw how disgusting it was. There were bed bugs, it smelled like someone had been smoking drugs in there, and the TV had no satellite. The front desk receptionist was unprofessional and didn’t tell us about the problems until after he had our money. The room wasn’t worth $250, more like $5. I could only get my money back in 5-7 business days. Very, very unprofessional. Deserves no stars.

I’ve stayed in over 20 hotels in 2025, and this is the first one that made me want to write a review. Sam & Dimple put the quality in Quality Inn. I can’t remember the last time the customer experience came close to this. Everything I’d expect to be good was good, and the hospitality was amazing.
