Getting to the hotel off highway 20 was easy, just about a block in. The desk staff were polite and greeted me warmly. I had a first-floor room, which I loved, and the shower pressure was great. The bed was super soft, the coffee was good, and the laundry, vending machines, and ice machine were all on the first floor and working. I left before breakfast, but saw scrambled eggs and almost stayed to try them. I drive a truck, and parking was convenient. Go in by McDonald's first entrance, then you can park there, in Crystal's lot in the rear, or out front. Call ahead to confirm. I’ve parked there before, and the managers were always super friendly. There’s also a great Mexican restaurant nearby, plus Taco Bell, KFC, Subway, and Ingels supermarket if you’re in a pinch and need to ask about parking. I’ll certainly be back.

SK at the front desk came through for our family after an Airbnb host canceled on the day of my brother’s long-awaited wedding. The city was sold out and we were losing hope of finding a place. SK took my number, then called hours later when a room opened up. That kindness meant everything. I know a room may not always be available, but the effort mattered. Quality Inn is now in our regular rotation of places to stay.

We felt safe here, and there were lots of restaurants within walking distance. The room was modern and very clean, and I liked that it was refreshed and restocked each day. The staff were friendly. I’d stay again when I’m in the area.

The location worked really well, near lots of restaurants and stores, and not far from the hospital or the cute downtown area. Our room was clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I’d definitely stay again.
