We won’t stay here again. At first the room looked nice when we opened the door, but the furniture was grimy, and there was something that looked like mulch on my daughter’s bed. I really hope it wasn’t mouse droppings. We also had loud, constant noise from above and next door. I should have checked more reviews before booking.

The room itself was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The front desk was courteous and helpful, too. But the property smelled like weed, and the hallway smelled worse than the room. The toilet wouldn’t flush, and the tub faucet was wonky, so figuring out the hot water and how to turn it off was an adventure. The bathroom door stuck because it wasn’t installed properly. It looked like it had been punched in and then patched with spackle and paint instead of replaced. The third-party booking site told us we’d have a first-floor room with a king bed, but neither was available when we arrived.

The room door wouldn’t lock, and they never fixed it or moved us to another room. I had to call the front desk three times to get a shower curtain. They charged us for towels, and the front desk ladies were super rude. Horrible experience.

The room was great, with an amazing stove and a kitchen setup that was much bigger than I expected, almost like a mini kitchen. Everything was spot on, and the custodial staff were really friendly.
