Four Points By Sheraton Virginia Beach Oceanfront

The room was clean, roomy, and comfortable, and I slept better than I usually do in hotels. Everything felt looked after, from the linens to the bathroom items, and the bed was especially cozy. The oceanfront setting was a big part of the appeal. I could step straight onto the beach, and hearing the waves each morning was so peaceful. Staff were polite and quick to help throughout, so check-in and checkout both felt easy. My one disappointment was breakfast. At this room price, I expected it to be included, especially with the rest of the experience feeling upscale. Instead, the offer was 20% off breakfast for one day, which didn't feel like much. Still, I left feeling rested. The clean surroundings and ocean view made for a relaxing break, and I'd happily return. Maybe next time breakfast will be included.

The staff were friendly, and the restaurant was decent. We stayed in mid-December, with snow on the ground and the water at 49 degrees, but the stay was good apart from that. No continental breakfast at this price is pretty wild, though I guess that's not up to me. It's a decent place to stay.

The ocean view room was perfect, and I enjoyed the food at the on-site restaurant, even though it was a little pricey, which I suppose comes with the location. The staff at the Virginia Beach location were all spectacular. The rooms could use a bit of updating, but I had a great visit and will definitely stay there again.

The rooms had a lovely ocean view, and everyone on staff went above and beyond to help us. We had an excellent experience from check-in through checkout. I'll definitely come back and recommend the place to friends and family.
