Shameira and George looked after us so well at the dinner buffet, and I appreciated the wireless charging pad on the lobby table, too. The service was faultless. I asked if I could have last year’s room, and they put us in 304 again, right by the con suite. This was my second stay, and since my event booked the place again, I’ll be back next year, maybe twice.

The lobby bar is a favorite of mine after the renovations they’ve done over the past few years. I’ve also enjoyed the conferences here, and there’s plenty of food at the buffets. Some of the best food servings I’ve ever tried. I just wish they’d open the coffee shop more often, it’s too cute to walk past when it’s closed.

The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable, with a nice choice of pillows laid out. Front desk staff were pleasant. I was here for a convention, and the conference rooms are very spacious. A few of them have a bathroom conveniently nearby, but the back conference rooms could use another one.

Arriving on that Sunday night, Nicole and Anitra helped me with my bags and walked me to my room to check that I was comfortable. They made everything feel easy and welcoming. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention really stood out to me. Nicole and Anitra represent hospitality so well, and I hope they’re recognized for the care they give. Thank you both for making such a great impression.
