We called to ask the rate for a king-size smoking room and were quoted a decent price. Three hours later, at check-in, it was $25 higher. We settled for a single queen room at a more manageable price, but the supposed non-smoking room smelled of stale cigarettes as soon as we entered. There were two large rips in the carpet, the wall outlet was broken when I tried to plug in my phone charger, the big-box TV was outdated, and the curtain looked ready to fall off the wall. The bathroom floor had missing tiles, and the bathtub kept dripping no matter what I tried. There were two sinks for some reason, one inside and one outside the bathroom. We definitely won’t stay here again. We’d have been better off sleeping in the car.

The location worked well for food and the mall, and the price was good. That’s pretty much all it had going for it. They got my reservation wrong twice, parking was awful, and the room was shabby, with flat, junky-looking pillows and only two on a queen bed. There was just one coffee in the room, and they didn’t refresh it at all after a day. Breakfast had nothing for people with diabetes. Cheap, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you have no other choice.

We only stayed at the Wynnwood because I couldn’t find another hotel with availability that weekend, and my family and I were really disappointed. The rooms weren’t all properly maintained. In my parents’ room, I’d just put my sleeping son on the bed when the headboard came right off the wall and hit the floor. We also saw roaches in the stairwell and by the ice machine. We asked about a military discount and were told there was one, but now I see we all overpaid, and each of us was charged a different rate. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

We paid over $100 a night, which felt way too expensive for a hotel with outdated appliances, a tiny bathroom, and chipped paint on the door. The employees also booked us into a single room even though we’d originally ordered a double. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

I checked in at 9pm and crashed on the bed right away. When I got up to take a shower, I saw black mold all over the bathroom ceiling. Worst place I’ve ever stayed. Run from this place!
