7FEB.2026. Spent the weekend here and had a great stay. The room and breakfast were both great, and the ocean views were lovely. Parking was a bit tight, with just one way in and out.

I cancelled my flexible rate reservation more than three weeks ago and still haven’t received the first-night deposit I paid during peak season. About a week after cancelling, I called the front desk and was told they’d process the refund. That was over two weeks ago now, and nothing has come through. I’ve contacted Marriott customer service multiple times for an update, too. If you book a refundable reservation expecting your money back, be aware that it may mean waiting over three weeks without a refund or a clear answer. I don’t know how much longer this will take.

I love the rooms, but avoid going when schools are there. Even as a Platinum Elite member, I was placed beside school kids and had to ask for a room on another floor because of the noise.

The location was perfect for our mini vacation, with a delicious restaurant nearby and excellent access to the beach and boardwalk. Breakfast was pretty good, with different choices each morning, and most of the staff were nice. The showers had good pressure, too. The room felt stuck in the 80s, with dated, dinged-up furniture. The kitchenette had no plates or utensils, the AC barely worked, and the stiff couch had a hard metal piece in its back that badly hurt my dad. The queen beds seemed more like full beds. This place needs a renovation, and my family will choose another Marriott property next time. One employee, a girl with boho braids, glasses, and a grey sweater, was rude and showed no hospitality when I tried to get something from the mini store for my daughter. She acted as though I was interrupting her.
