The room was sparkling clean, the bed and pillows were really comfortable, and it was quiet and dark enough for a good night's sleep. The location was perfect, close to everything, though the storm had shut most places down. We were in town moving family from California to Waco when winter storm Fern arrived. Our flight home was canceled and delayed, so we ended up extending our stay twice. Bryce, Loretta and Karissa were welcoming and understanding each time we explained the situation. Damien, the cook, even surprised us with free breakfast coupons. Everyone was friendly in the halls and common areas, and greeted us warmly. We have family nearby and will stay here again on our next visit.

The small things from the staff really made the stay. I’d left my jacket behind when we arrived, and someone from housekeeping turned it in to the front desk. Marcus let me know, then kindly brought it right to my door within minutes instead of having me pick it up the next morning. Jerome also fixed my TV quickly and was friendly and personable the whole time. Big thanks to Jerome, Marcus, the housekeeping staff member, and everyone else. The people working behind the scenes deserve recognition, and their effort made this a great stay.

The food and beverage service was AMAZING, and the team made a complicated conference feel manageable. We held a large event at the AC Hotel and staff were responsive, supportive, and easy to work with from beginning to end. Communication was clear, questions got quick answers, and they went out of their way to keep everything running smoothly. We’d host another event here and recommend the AC Hotel for conferences or large gatherings.

Lauren at the check-in desk gave excellent service. The staff helped me coordinate three rooms for my family, and also arranged storage for balloons and a cake for my daughter’s 21st birthday dinner. Hands down, the best boutique hotel service in Waco for Baylor parents.

Melissa made our rainy run a lot more comfortable. We’d been caught in a torrential downpour, and when she spotted us in the elevator, she got off on our floor and brought extra towels from the housekeeping closet without us even asking. Our stay was already amazing, and that was top-notch customer service.
