We had a great stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton in Waco. The room was clean and spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and our whole family found something to like at breakfast. After checkout, my daughter realized she'd left her favorite blanket behind. I called, and they found it quickly and helped us get it back. Jeremy was patient, kind, and responsive on the phone and by email. He explained how to make a shipping label, packed the blanket carefully, and got it sent. I really appreciated how thoughtfully they treated us even after the stay. That kind of service matters, and we'd absolutely stay again.

The check-in service was good, but the room wasn't clean to my standards. The stove was dirty, and there were orange and red stains on the pillows and sheets. I ended up feeling unclean and couldn't enjoy the stay because of the room's condition.

8/10
The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean, and the front desk people were nice. Breakfast offered lots of choices, though the hot food was barely warm. The waffles were good. The room could use some updating: the sofa sagged in the middle and had no support, and I'm only 135 pounds.

10/10
We had a quiet spot in the hotel with a great view of a lake, and parking was free and available. The facility is excellent, with accommodating staff and an exceptional breakfast selection. It's close to medical facilities and in a much nicer part of Waco, while still near plenty of good restaurants. The one downside was the price, it felt overpriced.

The breakfast ladies did a great job, and the staff were friendly. The outdoor grill was big and really nice, though the patio cushions were completely flat. Inside, the couch in Room 128 felt like sitting in a hole and hurt my back. I’m not a big person, so it wasn’t that I needed extra cushioning. The rest of the room was great, and the staff get a big thumbs up. The hotel just needs a few updates.
