The rooms are very clean, with comfortable beds, fresh bedding, and a spotless bathroom. The staff are friendly, the price is great, and they’re pet friendly with a 24-hour desk. It’s also close to food and fuel stations. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Handy location close to the highway, and the pet fee was only $10, which was a plus. The room was dated but had what we needed, and the beds were comfortable, though they seemed full size rather than queen. The AC worked great, but the bathroom had a squatty potty. Fine for one night.

We slept well, and the room was clean, with a big mini fridge. Check-in was easy, and the customer service was great. It seems family owned. It was perfect for our Baylor visit, and we’ll stay here every time. If you’re into fancy things, this place may not be for you.

The water never gets close to warm, so don’t expect a hot shower. Apart from that, I don’t really have complaints. It’s an okay place. I wouldn’t recommend it, but I wouldn’t tell you to go somewhere else, either.

The owners were helpful and gave us useful information, and I felt safe the whole time. Knight's was quiet, well located, and had spotless towels. I’ve stayed in plenty of motels over the years, and this was the cleanest one I can remember. I’ve been here twice already, and if I’m back in Waco, I’ll stay at this gem again.
