The rooms are nice, but the breakfast area was a letdown. They ran out of eggs and never replenished them, then there was no sweetener and eventually no coffee. I mentioned it several times, but nothing changed. I watched other guests try to get coffee and give up. If breakfast or a morning coffee matters to you, this isn't your hotel.

The location is awkward to reach within the marketplace, but I'd return. My room was tiny, though that worked for this stay. I liked the work desk and ambient lighting, and the bathroom was nicely designed with great shower pressure. The floors were tile or vinyl, which felt cleaner to me than carpet, and the staff were friendly.

The staff were very nice, and the hotel is in a great area with lots of shopping and food nearby. But the room issues made this a likely one-time stay for me. I found hair in the bed and questioned whether the sheets had been changed, and there was a noticeable stain on the seat under the TV. The AC kept changing from cool to fan by itself, waking me up hot. The mattress was the worst part. It was old and thin, sagged on one side, and I could feel the springs. It felt almost like a pull-out mattress. I only noticed late at night after dropping off my bags and heading out, or I would have asked for another room. I slept terribly and woke with back pain. Photos and videos show how much the mattress dips, and it clearly needs replacing. With so little sleep and several room problems, I'll choose another hotel next time, especially with so many options nearby.

The bed was comfortable and the room was fine. The front desk helped us sort out a reservation problem, though the HVAC acted a bit strangely in the cold weather.
