The room was clean, though the fridge still had the last guest's things in it. The bed was soft, there were plenty of TV channels, and check-in and checkout were quick. The pool was open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Breakfast had waffles, cereal, muffins, bread, and yogurt. I was a little disappointed there was no fruit or meat.

I was here for work for three months and never had a problem. The manager, desk clerks, and housekeepers were all wonderful, polite, and welcoming. The room was great and very clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable.

An older woman at the front desk was incredibly rude. On the second of our three days, after one of us went out to pick up food, a staff member tried to enter our room without realizing someone was still inside. We had the do not disturb sign up. If the deadbolt hadn't been on, they could have walked in without announcing themselves or using a hotel key card.

Our room was clean, the water was hot, cable worked, and the bed felt like a cloud. We arrived close to 1:30 a.m. during a cross-country drive, and the night worker was amazing: kind, informative, and welcoming. I appreciated that she was at the front counter instead of leaving us in an empty lobby waiting for someone. There was a problem verifying my card, so she had to enter it manually, but that was fine, and she apologized. I'd be happy to book here again on another drive across the country.

Check-in was quick, and the attendant greeted us with a smile and was very kind. The renovated rooms were clean and nice, with extremely comfortable beds and pillows. The shower was spotless, with plenty of hot water and good pressure; the air conditioner worked great, and the room was quiet with no outside noise. We'll definitely stay here again.
