There are a couple of units available in this lovely little housing area, right along the golf course.

It’s quiet, well maintained, and has solid, functional facilities, though nothing fancy. Most units can have their own AC added, so that isn’t really an issue. The thin walls are harder to overlook, since sound carries easily.
