The views are a big part of the appeal. West-facing units look out over the ocean and greens, while east-facing ones have mountain and greens views. The landscaping is lovely, and there's a small pool area that's easy to get to. Near the 3rd hole, you can hear bullfrogs rumbling from the lake at night. The ocean views from several holes are spectacular, and the greens are beautiful. I’m told the Nenes flock can leave the green a bit squishy after mating season. It’s usually quiet and peaceful, though on Mondays and Wednesdays the landscapers make loud equipment noise from 8-3.
