Marriott Maui Wailea Beach Resort

We had an amazing honeymoon here, and the staff throughout the resort were welcoming and helpful, going out of their way to make the stay special. Ben at the front desk was especially helpful at check-in and during our visit. There were multiple pools with ocean views, access to two beaches, beach chairs, well-kept grounds, and a shuttle to nearby shops and restaurants. Even the little touches, like local chocolates each day, were great. We can’t wait to return!

My adult son and I spent four nights here at the start of his work trip on another island. We’d booked a garden view, but could see the ocean from our room, which was lovely. Housekeeping was top-notch, especially the team looking after room 2301. The room itself was lovely too. The setting and resort are beautiful, with gorgeous sunsets, a great walking path by the ocean, and several pools. We could always find a seat at the pool. The valet team, front desk, bartenders, and breakfast waitstaff were all friendly, professional, and helpful. Paul at breakfast was great. My husband has Hilton Honors points, but after reading reviews we chose the Marriott instead, and I’m so glad we did. Highly recommend!

A lovely start to vacation. Charlie from the bell staff greeted us warmly, and Arman at check-in was impeccable. The arrival through the trees was beautiful, and the landscaping always looks lovely. Our room was serviced incredibly well, with plenty of towels and amenities. The beds were comfortable and had lots of pillows. We loved the Olakino pool, where Dana and Girlie took attentive care of us. Come enjoy the Aloha spirit at the Wailea Beach Resort.

The beach and views are outstanding, and the infinity pool is a real highlight. It’s a beautiful stretch of coast. The food and cocktails were decent, but at these prices I expected something more special. We asked for a quiet room and had booked a partial ocean view room with a lanai. Instead, we got a room facing the pool equipment, with big radiators right outside. The noise was constant and so loud we couldn’t sleep with the windows open. At this price, that’s not acceptable. The pool next to the adults-only one is meant for guests aged 14 and up, but families with small children were often there, playing loudly. That needs to be managed better, especially with several other pools for families with younger kids. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, it can be hard to get it here.
