The beach and location are great, and the pool is nice, though it needs a redo. The condo itself is dated and old. The kitchen was lacking, with no spices or napkins and only limited utensils. Our 18 year old boys were told off twice for tossing a nerf football, once in the pool and once on the grass. They were having fun and making very little noise. The residents were whiny and acted like rats. Absurd. Definitely NOT a place for kids.

This was one of my favorite beaches because of the BBQ option. The parking lot is big, and there are showers, picnic tables, and a great shady tree!
