We wanted a comfortable place to sleep between outings, not a resort, and this condo fit perfectly. From the second floor, the beach is about a minute’s walk, and we watched the sunrise every morning. The grounds are beautiful, and the beach is nice for relaxing, though it’s not the best for swimming. Kapa'a is centrally located and close to everything we wanted and needed. Kathy and her team were exceptional to work with. Highly recommend!

Lovely ocean views and friendly staff. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The only disappointment was that our request for an earlier check-in was turned down. Otherwise, we had no complaints during our four-night stay. The room was clean, and we got a welcome gift. There’s a lot to explore within 500 meters, with supermarkets and restaurants close by. The road links to the canyon and Napali Coast are excellent.
