The rooms we got were a decent size and looked modern, but the beds were really uncomfortable and the walls were so thin that a good night’s sleep was impossible. Not having a kitchenette made our short stay difficult, and I felt a little misled. I had requested a 2 bedroom suite when booking and assumed that meant a kitchenette, since the photos and description of the 2 bedroom suites showed one. I admit I didn’t confirm that my room had a kitchenette, but at the time I didn’t think I needed to. There are suites with kitchenettes, but they’re bungalows and closed for winter. Better details on the site, or more information from the person who booked the room, might have spared my family the trouble. I won’t make that assumption again, and I don’t see myself staying here again.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed. There’s nothing there, and they don’t clean your room. If you leave early, they won’t refund your money. It’s low class, 100%. You’d be better off sleeping in your car. $350 a night to sleep on a cot. Dumb and Dumber should’ve been filmed there, because that’s how you feel after checking in. Even 1 star is generous.

The Penthouse was fantastic, clean, and comfortable. This is a modern, eco-friendly choice compared with many other places in the area, and a great way to experience Sag Harbor and East Hampton. Highly recommend visiting.

The outside of the hotel looked a bit dated, though the rooms were spacious, clean, and modern. It was a great place to stay.
